P ray the following prayer for yourself.
Lord, I read the bible. I am instructed by God. As a result I know what to think, say and perform. My will is in line with the will of Jesus Christ. I am prompted by the the voice of the HOLY SPIRIT. I have the mind of Christ.
When I pray! I do not beg. I procalim my will, my desire and my need. I have the mind of Christ.
T his is another example of a commanding prayer that I prayed for a fellow that God has given me to mentor
Lord JESUS;
you are my help and
strength.
Guide and protect
those that you have put under my umbrella.
You have made him a wise man.
Continue to show him your love and compassion.
Mold him and make him according to your will.
I
see the good in him.
Show your love for him from age to age.
Prompt him to read the word.
Open his eyes.
Give
him revelation. Bless him with all blessings.
Guide his career.
Put
him with men and women of God.
Protect him from harm to his body, soul and spirit.
Give him the tools needed to put emotions under control.
